 Got to this one later in the day, was somewhat rushed.

  • Squats: 315*1 340*1 365*1
  • Front Squat Walkouts: 315*20 seconds
  • Wide-Grip RDL: 300*20
  • Plate Suitcase Carries: 45*10
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
