I hit Parker River for the first time post-baby, then did a lower-body session when I got home. Surprised I had energy after all the hiking.

  • Front Squat Walkouts: 315*20 seconds
  • Plate Suitcase Carries: 45*10
  • Hanging Knee Raises: 10, 10
