June 19, 2022 Full Body

 I took it a bit easy here and did a deadlift cluster...still somehow this workout took over an hour.

  • HPS: 125*3 145*3 155*1
  • BB Incline: 210*3 225*3 245*1 255*1
  • 1.5 Pullups: 7, 5, 5
  • Snatch-Grip OH Carries: 125*6
  • Mini-band WSARC: 10, 10
