June 9, 2021 AM: Incline Walking PM: Lower Body

I'm not sure why, but doing the front squatting without stretching at all beforehand has resulted in an elimination of any pain in my IT bands when I do the movement...not complaining...Strength felt good, got whole session done in under 50 minutes, which is pretty good considering the set up time for all the different lifts.
