June 6, 2021 Full Body

Went to the beach earlier, and didn't get started on this workout until 9PM, probably latest I've worked out since I was getting my first Master's degree and would hit the gym after some night classes.  Didn't want to push it really, so I just hit some quick sets to keep everything 'awake' and called it. 

  • BB DL: 315*1 405*1
  • BB Incline: 205*3 215*3 225*2
  • Pullups: 10
