March 31, 2021 AM: Incline Walking PM: Upper Body

 Felt good here, a bit flat on benching, but otherwise good, got 175 for 10 on both sets of guillotining for the first time.  I think the extended incline walking in the morning saps me just a little bit.  Not enough to ruin the workouts, but enough to make it more difficult.  My strategy this year is to use the incline walking during the early part of the cut, but once I hit my goal I'm not going to keep doing them. I did that last summer and I think I cut off too much.  Maybe I'll do it like twice per week for a half hour or something, or once per week, but definitely not with the intensity I was last summer.
