March 27, 2021 Full Body

 Good session here; moving front squats to my lower body day, which shortens up this session a bit..overall numbers look good.  Still able to pull good weight on deadlifting even with the hanging power snatches done ahead of them.  The snatches also have gone up a bit on account of their lead-off position.

  • Slow 1.5 PUllups: 2, 2, 1
  • Snatch-Grip OH Carries: 130*125
