April 7, 2021 AM: Incline Walking PM: Upper Body

 Again, felt pretty flat here...It's not that the weights suffered; I just didn't have much pop on them.  Also, I'm switching to my spring/summer/fall schedule of prioritizing sprinting. So Saturday & Tuesday will be sprint days, the full body workout goes from Saturday to Sunday, and my lower body day goes from Tuesday to Thursday.  Upper body day stays on Wednesday.  That'll start this coming Saturday.  For this workout I ran out of steam on the split jerks, those are probably getting moved to lower body day...snatch grip pullups I dropped reps from the full-body workout; all the back/chest work before them obviously fatigues me, so the reps shouldn't be as high as they are during my other workout where I employ them.

  • Head-Supported Rows: 145*5 155*5 165*5
  • GUillotine Press: 175*10, 10 
  • Split Jerk: 155*5 165*2 - ran out of steam
  • Snatch-Grip Pullups: 6, 5
  • Close-Grip Bench Press: 200*5, 4
  • Seated-Band Laterals: 10, 10 
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
