April 3, 2021 Full Body

 I felt oddly week on incline benching, even my warmups felt heavier than they should...just one of those days I guess.  Snatch-Grip pullups I got 7 & 7; I've added them in recently to switch things up a bit and make for a more challenging pullup variant.

  • DL: 315*1 365*1 405*1 435*1 455*1
  • BB Incline: 205*3 215*3 225*3 235*1, 1
  • Snatch-Grip Pullups: 7, 7 
  • Snatch-Grip Overhead Carries: 130*127
  • Rollouts: 10
