March 13, 2021 Full Body

Might've been a bit close to breakfast here...the hanging power snatches were tough.  Still, did well on incline benching, moving weights up across the board next week.  Didn't do a ton of volume here but still took me 58 minutes somehow....

  • Front Squats: 225*1 260*1
  • 1.5 Pullups: 4, 3, 3

  • Rollouts: 10
