October 8, 2020 AM: Incline Walking PM: Lower Body

 I'm taking progress pics tomorrow, so I didn't want to kill myself here...I think I'm upping weight on hip thrusts and doing lower reps for this upcoming bulking cycle

  • Good Mornings: 135*8, 8
  • Hip Thrusts: 275*5 315*5
  • Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5
  • Squatting LMAR: 45*10
