October 21, 2020 Upper Body

 I was somewhat pressed for time here.  I've started the 5 rep scheme on sets; I hit 5 on all the bench press sets, so that gets moved up 5 lbs next week. 


  • BB Flat: 185*5 205*5 215*5 225*5
  • BB Rows: 225*5 235*5 245*5
  • Chinups: 10, 10, 10
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
