A bit of a deload here, I have the vacation coming up in 2 weeks, this is the 2nd to last Deadlift / Hanging Power Snatch session so I want to not be tapped for the last one before I go.

  • Reverse Cable Laterals: 15*10
  • Hammer Curls: 50*6
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
