I got some tired legs, but still got through things here.  I also realized that I haven't done push pressing in over a year, no clue how that happened.  I'll probably forget again after this.

  • Bench Press: 225*3, 3, 3, 3, 3
  • BB ROws: 225*3 250*3, 3, 3
  • Pull-Throughs: 150*10, 10 
  • Seated Calves: 135*12, 12
  • Suitcase Carries: 95*100
  • WSARC: 35*10, 10
