July 12, 2018 Full Body

Not bad, didn't push too hard here.  Did some higher rep BB Inclining, need to decide if I'm going higher reps for now or higher weight. 


  • Deadlift: 315*1 365*1 405*1 435*1 455*1, 1 405*2, 1
  • HPS: 95*5 125*3 140*2, 2
  • BB Incline: 135*10 165*10 175*10
  • Chinups: 11, 7, 5, shot. 
  • Standing Calves: 300*15, 15
  • Waiter Walks: 90*100 
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
