Nothing unusual here, was a bit tired so I didn't go high on the weight really.

  • 1.5 Pullups: 5, 3, 3 dun
  • DB Farmers: 120*60, 55
  • Seated Calves: 170*8, 8 
  • Hanging Leg Raises: 12, 10
