August 28, 2022 Full Body

Felt flat here, not much pop or energy. I'm going to start doing hex farmers more often...I miss doing them.  I can just leave the bumpers on the hex after I do my deadlifting and it makes setting up way easier..

  • Snatch-Grip Pullups: 70*3, 2, 2
  • Hex Farmers: 315*3, 3
