January 6, 2018 Conditioning

Track covered by 15" of snow...so gym for conditioning at least til it melts...hopefully within next couple weeks, looks like there's some warm weather & rain. Focused on speed with these...it's tempting to load up weight on these, but for conditioning, it's better to use lower we
