December 24, 2017 Full Body

My lower back was super tight for this one....but I did have a new idea...I'm going to start off the session with some really heavy 1/4 squats to pins.  It's an old trick to fool your CNS; after you finish doing them, full squats with higher weight feel much light.  Plus it lets me add in some more volume at a higher weight. 


  • Squats: 315*1 345*1 365*1
  • 1/4 Pin Squats: 315*8 365*8 405*8 455*4
  • Front Squats: 225*1 250*1 275*1 300*1
  • Guillotine Press: 190*9 185*8,7 180*7,4
  • Pull-Throughs: 150*10, 10
  • 1.5 Pullups: 4,3,2 cluster
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
