January 25, 2018 Full Body

Not a bad session, didn't a bit of a ladder with deadlifting.  Hit 2 on 150 hanging power snatches, twice.  Can't remember doing that before. Chest felt like it was locking up on the incline benching again.  Getting close to my goal though, 225 for 10 was the goal when I started with the higher rep stuff.
