September 14, 2017 Full Body

Last day at 35.....can't believe I'm 36 tomorrow....I really don't feel any older.  I think the explosive high-weight low-rep sets, and the sprinting are to thank for that...I'm also going to start a quick cut in a week or two ...not that I've been bulking, but I want to take progress pictures in mid October.

  • BB Incline Bench (paused reps): 185*1 225*1
  • BB Incline Bench Press: 235*1,1,1,1,1,225*1 (cluster)
  • BB Rows: 225*10,10,10
  • Overhead Press Walk: 70*75,75
