Still tapped a bit here...joints still hurt, and I'm still fatigued.

  • HPS: 135*3 135*3 135*3 joints sore
  • Incline Bench Press: 185*3 205*3 215*3 225*3 235*1
  • Cable Rows: 200*3 150*10 150*10
  • Overhead Press Walk: 70*60 70*52
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
