July 2, 2017 Full Body

Went max-effort on sprints yesterday so legs were dead here...did some leg curls before squatting to try and get the blood flowing, not sure it made much difference.

  • Front Squats: 250*1,1,1,1,1
  • BB Incline: 210*5 225*3,3,3 185*10
  • BB Rows: 225*5 250*5 275*3
  • BB Press: 135*4 145*2 toast
  • Waiter Walks: 70*83
  • FS WSARC: 45*7 47.5*5
