September 19, 2014 Upper Body


  • Incline Bench Press: 225*1 235*1 245*1 255*1
  • Sternum Pullups: 7, 6, 6
  • Standing DB Press: 50*6 60*4
  • 1.5 Pullups: 4, 3
  • Ab-Wheel: 10, 10
Good incline bench pressing here, and threw ab-wheeling in, as well as standing DB presses.
