July 7, 2021 Lower Body

 Added squats back in...lost balance on 355...I usually tip forward more on the 1/4 pin squats to simulate the starting motion on sprinting...did that here and it didn't work so well at full depth..oops.  Session in the PM took 37 minutes, not bad.

  • Incline Walking: 4% / 30 minutes / 1.5 miles

  • Front Squats: 185*2 205*2 225*1 250*1 265*1
  • Squats: 315*1 335*1 355*X blah
  • Split Jerk: 170*1, 1
  • Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
  • Plate-Suitcase Carries: 45*10
