September 18, 2019 Full Body

Nothing unusual here, started with incline bench instead, to switch stuff up.  Did more volume on the hanging power snatches, felt good.

  • BB Rows: 235*5 255*5 275*5
  • Mixed-Grip Carries: 65*100
  • WSARC: 60*10, 10
  • Standing Hammer Curls: 40*10
  • Hanging Leg Raises: 10
