August 17, 2015 Upper Body

  • Pullups: 90*1 90*1 90*1 90*1 90*1
  • Push Press: 185*1 205*1 225*1
  • Face-Pulls: 40*10 40*10
Good session, just wanted to get some reps in, the 250 benching for triples felt great.
