May 7, 2015 Upper Body (AM Session)

  • DB Incline: 95*10 100*7 100*5
  • Sternum Pullups: 9, 7, 5
  • Behind-The-Neck Press: 95*10 115*8
  • Wide-Grip Cable Rows: 150*6 120*8
  • French Press: 60*8 60*8
  • Incline DB Curls: 25*10 30*8
wide-grip cable rows are actually a lot harder than I thought they would be.  Tried to keep weights down a bit here so I could do a real 'light' session for once, as opposed to starting light and just ending up heavy by the end of the workout.
