April 30, 2015 Upper Body

  • DB Incline Bench: 95*10 100*7 100*5
  • Sternum Pullups: 8, 6, 6
  • DB Lateral Raises: 25*8 20*9
  • Cable Rows: 200*3 200*3
  • French Press: 60*8 70*6
  • DB Alternating Curls: 50*6 55*3
Good session, kept the incline benching a tad lighter so I could get more reps.  Right shoulder definitely was sore today after that weird thing yesterday with it feeling like it popped out.  Not too worried about it, I'll rest it after today until Monday.
