May 1, 2015 Lower Body & Olympic Lifts

  • Deadlifts: 315*1, 315*1, 365*1, 365*1, 405*2
  • HPC: 175*3 190*2 200*1
  • HPS: 135*3 135*3
  • Hexbar Farmers: 365*80 365*72
  • Standing Calves: 240*10 260*10
  • Paloffs: 90*10 100*10
Wanted to deload on the deadlifting.  Everything other than the 405 set was double overhand, no wraps, with chalk. Grip strength is definitely improving.  Was a bit tired by the time I got to snatches here.  Also, hexbar farmers....killing it lately!
