  • Incline Bench Press: 225*1 245*1 255*1 265*1
  • Neutral Grip Pullups: 10, 6, 7
  • Landmine Laterals: 45*10 55*5
  • Hexbar Farmers: 315*65 335* 25 335*10
  • Push-Up Position Plank: 1:00 1:00
Good times.  Brought landmine laterals back in. I just have a hard time figuring out where to fit them in during the week, or remembering to do them at the end of workouts.  Great movement though.
