March 31, 2019 Full Body

Yup, legs are toast after yesterday.  Led off with benching, kept that pretty light as well.   Somehow still had juice for the RDLs, no clue how that happened.

  • Pullups: 10, 6, 4 
  • Pull-Throughs: 150*10, 10 
  • Waiter Walks: 90*100
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
