May 27, 2018 Full Body

Figured out that if I rest the bar further down on squats then I can do the movement more comfortably.  Today wasn't quite low-bar, but it was pretty close, I like it. 


  • Bench Press: 230*8 220*8 210*9
  • 1/4 Pin Squats: 365*10 455*10 505*10
  • Squats: 340*1,1,1,1,1
  • Front Squats: 225*1 250*1 275*1
  • BB Rows: 250*5, 5, 5, 5
  • Standing Calves: 300*15, 15
  • DB OH Carries: 75*80
  • FS NS Paloffs: 25*10, 10
  • Dead Bugs: 10
