Good session, pushing back to 300, should hit that strength bump I get every bulk within a couple weeks.

  • Standing Calves: 160*12, 12
  • Mixed Grip Carries: 75*100
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
  • Hanging Leg Raises: 8, 6
