Threw the pin squats back in, felt great.

  • BB Rows: 250*5,5,5,5
  • Standing Calf Press: 300*15, 15
  • DB Overhead Walks: 70*85
  • Free-standing Narrow-Stance Paloffs: 25*10, 10
