January 22, 2022 FUll Body

Surprising amount of pop here...got 160 on hanging power snatches....also bagged 260 on incline benching. I feel pretty much back to where I was when I jammed that shoulder...It's still a bit sore in the mornings if I sleep on it, but shortly after I've been up and moving around I don't really think of it much...Oddly the exercise here that I feel it on is the dead bugs when the right arm is full straight out and fully extended parallel to the floor behind me, the equivalent of raising my arm straight overhead.
