Front Squats: 225*1 250*1 275*1 300*1
BB Calves: 350*10
Front Squat Walkouts: 350*10seconds 370*10 seconds
Dead Bugs: 10
Ab-Wheel: 10
CNS felt shot, just flat....so why not do some cns taxing walkouts? Felt good though.
