- Front Squats: 275*1 300*1- exhausted
- Standing Calves: 240*10 260*10
- Dead Bugs: 10, 10
I had a lot going on today so had to eat and then get to the gym right after, so that sapped a bit of energy. Also I was really exhausted on front squats for some reason.
