April 10, 2015 Upper Body

I'm going to start recording rough energy level estimates before workouts, and see if that's correlated to how I perform.  Basically 1-10, 5 being average, and not just in the sense of how much energy compared to other gym sessions. I mean like every day type energy, like if I was walking around outside and had to assess it.  My average in the gym is probably a 7 because I'm pretty hyped up usually when I'm there.  Today though I was completely flat.
