My legs are exhausted, miles of hiking while bird watching, and my allergies are kicking the shit out of me all of a sudden. Worst they've been in years. Session wasn't so bad when you consider that, but it was a grind

- Good Mornings: 135*6, 6
- Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
- Hip-Thrusts: 250*10 275*8 300*6
- Snatch-Grip OH Walks: 95*100, 100
- Squatting LMAR: 45*10, 10
