Starting this front squat experiment, went decent...did a cluster at 225 in the middle there. I went into working sets too quick I think; I'm used to doing front squats in the middle of my workouts, so I need to be mindful of that. Also doing 1/4 squats from pins, it's probably more like 1/3 squats, but whatever. I'm focusing on an explosive burst off the pins. I'm going to keep up with this for the next ~8 weeks and see how it goes.
