Week 2 of front squats / 1/4 pin squats....so far so good. did more warmup this time and my legs felt great. Also taking a wider stance on front squats seems to work better for my knees / IT bands.
- Front Squats: 185*3 205*3 225*1, 1, 1, 1, 1 250*1 270*1
- 1/4 Pin Squats: 365*3 405*3 435*3 455*3
- Lunges: 135*5
- Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
- Plate Suitcase Carries: 45*10
