Going well here, felt strong...front squats were decent....IT band on the left is still hurting a bit, need to experiment with foot positioning on it, and making sure I'm pushing off evenly on both legs from the bottom.

- 1/4 Pin Squats: 365*3 405*3 435*3 455*3
- SPlit Jerk: 155*5 165*3
- Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
- Plate Suitcase Carries: 45*10
