- Sternum Pullups: 11, 8, 7
 
- Standing DB Unilateral Press: 70*7 65*7
 
- Pendlay Rows: 135*8 155*6
 
- DB Unilateral Flat Bench: 80*10 90*8
 
- Paloffs: 100*10
