Good session here, but I notice that when I catch on the split jerk it seems to be irritating the heck out of my left elbow. May need to take a couple weeks off from them to let it get better.
- Front Squats: 185*2 215*2 235*1 255*1 275*1
- Squats: 315*1 335*1 355*1
- Split Jerks: 170*1, 1
- Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 365*3
- Plate Carries: 45*10
