My posterior chain was shot after yesterday's sprinting. I don't expect to deadlift a ton when I'm really pushing things on sprinting. It taxes my CNS a lot, plus exhausts my entire posterior chain, so those things combine to stunt deadlifting for a few weeks. Just for hahas I threw in a set of 21s at the end.

- HPS: 115*3 130*3 140*3 150*1
- BB INcline: 210*3 225*3 235*1 245*1
- Pullups: 10, 10, 10
- Snatch-Grip OH Carries: 130*5
- Hanging Knee Raises: 10, 10
- 21s: 45lbs bar
