Good session, increased flat bench weight...snatch-grip pullups went well too. Great session all around. Did 160 on all 3 sets of head-supported rows. Since I'm doing them later in the workouts I'm not as strong as when I did them second. I'm happier with the pullups second though, it's a more important exercise in my opinion.

- Snatch-Grip Pullups: 10, 9, 8
- Guillotine Press: 160*10, 10
- Head-Supported Rows: 160*4, 4, 4
- Band Laterals: 10, 10
- Dead Bugs: 10, 10
