Another good session, I think I'm done with the rear-foot-elevated split-squats for now, they just tax my legs too much when trying to sprint for time right now. Only took 35 minutes for this one, was flying.

- Split Jerk: 170*1, 1
- Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
- RFESS: 20*5
- Plate Suitcase Carries: 45*10
