Actually pulled 455 here, surprisingly given how hard I've been sprinting. Didn't get 2nd rep this week on hanging power snatches at 150. I did, however, get 250 on the incline benching. My left elbow is still pretty irritated from the split jerks, really felt it on the pullups here.
