I'm back from LA...it was...hot. 120+ multiple days out in the desert areas we visited. This is a late afternoon workout, I didn't want to miss two full-body sessions in a row, so I put in a quick one here.

- BB Incline: 205*3 215*3 225*3
- Snatch-Grip Pullups: 8
- Hanging Knee Raises: 10
